+Accounting Representative (Full Time)

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Organize and efficiently process daily purchase orders, work orders, billing tickets, and manifests; Process customer credit applications; Call on aged Accounts Receivables; Filing; Process and code customer invoices; Process payments and verify expense reports; General administrative duties; overall support of the Accounting department and completes special projects as assigned.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assists with preparation of monthly financial reports and quarterly analytical reports for submission to company President.
  • Coordinates and leads the month-end closing process, records various month end journal entries to the general ledger along with various reconciliation schedule preparation.
  • Actively ensures accurate internal and external audit results.
  • Prepares and files all tax remittances before deadlines.

+Logistics Technician with a CDL-A/B (Full Time)

MEI is seeking Logistics Tech with a CDL-A/B to join our team. The key responsibilities and duties of the position are:

  • Performs coordination, execution and support functions for all aspects of MEI’s property management and buildings & grounds (i.e. Grass cutting, weed eating, painting, minor facility repairs, etc.)
  • Helps prepare job load lists.
  • Assists with maintaining inventory – distributes and replenishes stock, equipment, etc.
  • Cleans and maintains various equipment.
  • Washes exteriors and interiors of all company vehicles.
  • Cleans and sweeps Logistics department, entryways and other MEI areas.

+Field Service Supervisor (Full Time)

GENERAL DESCRIPTION Responsible for the supervision and direction of foreman and field personnel to complete assigned tasks and assures that all work is completed per the contracted agreement, on time and budget. Observes processes, procedures and operating conditions in the workplace. Develops and recommends strategies to improve operations and client satisfaction and to avoid hazards. Ensures that field personnel are in compliance with local, state and federal environmental regulations. Maintains and distributes safety documentation. Responsible for the education and monitoring of new and current employees in regards to hazardous material safety, industrial hygiene and emergency response procedures. Responsible for making reactive decisions that may affect the overall safety of the assigned crewmembers and other associated personnel. Performance of safety-sensitive functions including but not limited to, all time at MEI or any client location waiting to be dispatched; loading or unloading or assisting in the loading or unloading of a vehicle and/or equipment; remaining in readiness to operate a vehicle and/or equipment; time spent at the driving controls of a commercial motor vehicle in operation; operation of equipment including cranes, forklifts, backhoes, etc; and repairing, obtaining assistance or remaining in attendance upon a disabled vehicle or equipment. POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

+Mechanics, Shop and Field (Full-time)

Experience: Complete preventive maintenance and repair of trucks, trailers and heavy equipment. Must be able to trouble shoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems. Responsible for problem identification and resolution as well as equipment maintenance. Support the maintenance supervisor in the safe and efficient repair of facility mechanical equipment. Perform compliance, safety and housekeeping inspections utilizing regulatory guidelines. Class III inspection license, Mack and Peterbilt truck experience and small engine repairs a plus.

Types of Jobs Performed: Preventative maintenance including lubrication, brake and clutch adjustments and repairs: lights, engine and components, tune-ups, transmissions, differentials, PTO’s, hydraulic pumps, cylinders, vacuum pumps, state inspections, brake replacements, tire and wheel mountings.
